The Quick Ship Collection offers a traditional look and construction, with a 2 week production time. Offered in over 85 styles and 40 top grain leathers, using the BMW analogy, it is the 700 series of our products!

Frame -The internal frame is made up of 5/4 inch select kiln-dried hardwood lumber (oak, ash, poplar or maple). All frame joints are double doweled, glued and secured for lasting strength. This is the traditional high- end construction story that many customers are familiar with.
Exposed woods-Solid mahogany and maple exposed wood is sanded, filled, stained and finished with two coats of high sheen lacquer to enhance the wood grain. There are 19 finishes from which to choose.

Seating – It starts with coil springs, secured to the seat bottom and each other using time-honored true 8-way hand tying- allows for a comfortable seat (ride) and durability. Again, this is a traditional high end seating system.

Cushions - above the 8-way spring system is a cushion using high density foam core (using no harmful environmental agents), wrapped in a generous layer of polyester fiber and encased in a down-proof cover, channeled and filled with conjugate fiber- then put in a zippered leather or fabric case-this provides the consumer with a comfortable, long lasting, sharp looking seat that keeps its shape for years to come. You may chose how firm or soft you would like your cushion (see cushion chart) at no additional cost.

Back cushions -Back cushions are filled with hand cut fibers in a channeled low melt fiber back, inserted in a zippered leather (or fabric) cover. This allows for the complete comfort in the seating system and a look that keeps its shape.

The Madison Collection is Classic Leather’s more transitional look, at an entry- level price point. We offer over 100 styles with 25 leathers to choose from. We like to compare it to the 500 series BMW (with Quick ship being the 7-series). The construction story is different but there has been no compromise in quality in this collection. Our 2week production allows for a quick delivery for your customer.

Frame - The internal frame is made from 9-ply hardwood laminate and cut on a CNC router. Frame joints are secured three ways – with glue, industrial staples and the unique “puzzle “ fit of each joint. All this insures structural integrity and exceeds industry standards. In addition, the design and production of this frame style allows more flexibility in terms of customizing a frame to meet a specific need.

Seating system - like high end bedding, the Madison seating is a pocketed coil seating system, which offers up to 110 individual coils per seat (a sofa would contain 330 coils!). The coils are individually wrapped in casing to prevent squeaking over extended use. This provides a consistent and comfortable seat.

Cushions – above the pocketed coiled system cushions are made from a high density foam core (using no harmful environmental agents), wrapped in a generous layer of Dacron and encased in a ticking cover, channeled and filled with conjugate fiber- then put in a zippered leather or fabric case. This provides the consumer with a comfortable, long lasting, seat that keeps its shape for years to come. You may chose how firm or soft you would like your cushion (See cushion sheet).
